Welcome to our new website, we hope that those familiar with our old website will notice many improvements in terms of ease of use, online purchasing, layout and interactivity.  

New features include:

• Search functionality.  You can now search for anything that might help you discover your next favourite piece of art.  An artist name or perhaps what 'hikidashi' Japanese works we have available.  We hope this makes finding work you are interested in easier.
  
  
• Simplified purchasing.  You will note that we have now implemented a shopping basket function.  You can now browse artworks and add more than a single item to your list of choices and checkout in one transaction for multiple items.  You will also complete the transaction on our website without having to be diverted to a third party payment gateway.  We use industry leading payments partner 'Stripe' to process your payment in a totally secure encrypted environment.
  
  
• Clearer & more informative artist page layouts.  Now you will be able to get to know our artists before you get to their available works with commentary, images and video.  All available works are easier to scroll through and detail expanded works have slideshow functionality for viewing all available angles.  You can also browse to the next available artwork with easy arrow navigation buttons.
  
  
• Dynamic New Arrivals.  Our website is now automatically updated by our new inventory system, this means as soon as we make new artworks available it will be displayed on our website under new arrivals.
  
  
• Follow an artist.  Do you have a favourite artist and are keen to know first when new works by them become available?  We now offer the function for you to set up a personal gallery account that will ensure you are the first to know when a new artist's work is uploaded to the website.
  
  
• More ways to enquire.  You will notice all over the new website that we have made it easy for you to enquire about artworks.  Each artwork has an enquiry button which will enable you to make an enquiry about that specific artwork which we can then easily respond to.  Do you want to know how to spread the cost of payment for a specific artwork interest free?  Click the OwnArt enquiry button and we will be able to provide you with everything you need to know, including an OwnArt quote.
  
  
• Create a wishlist.  Sometimes it is hard to 're-find' that artwork you were interested in when browsing but then forget where it was and what it was!  Now you can create a personalised wish list of artworks to keep them in one place for future reference.
  
  
• Faster load times.  We have increased our technical horsepower and now you should notice much quicker load times, even for our hi resolution images.

Of course, we are always here at the gallery to answer your queries and to welcome you in person.  For times when it is impossible to visit or easier to browse at home we hope that our new website makes it easier to find the artworks that speak to you.
