A solo exhibition of new work from one of Japan's most exciting contemporary artists.
'The Philosophy of Oribe' will provide the opportunity to explore the origins and modern day interpretations of the 16th Century artistic direction which set out to move aesthetics from austere to experimental and expressive.
With statement, sculptural, ikebana, teawares and sakewares making up the exhibition it will be an unparalleled opportunity in Europe to view and add pieces to any serious Japanese collection.
The exhibition will go live online at 7pm on Friday, 17th February 2023 and open in the gallery at 3pm on Saturday, February 18th 2023.
Mr Yamaguchi will be attending the opening.
