In this exhibition we welcome back to the gallery artist John Clark.  Within this show we explore his drawings and sculptures through the juxtaposition of figurative expression in terms of presence and absence.  Clark is a graduate of the Ruskin School of Art, Oxford and through his career he has been pushing boundaries of meaning from his drawing, painting and sculpture.  Concerned with giving the viewer visual puzzles to solve, Clark's work captures attention via his creations from their familiar but ultimately ambiguous subversion of knowable reality.
